My company's high-frequency induction heating equipment, is the most advanced fourth-generation products. The first generation of tube amplifier, the second generation of the thyristor (SCR) current control element, the third generation of high-power field effect transistor (MOS), the fourth generation is IGBT. This machine, not only the application of Germany's Siemens IGBT, and oscillator, control, protection circuit, a digital integrated circuit. The machine performance is stable, safe and reliable, its power utilization of up to more than 95 percent. The machine has four modes of operation (automatic, semi-automatic, manual and foot control), five (overvoltage protection circuit, overcurrent, overheating, lack of water and lack of phase). Therefore, all customers can be easy to use.
  
  
Installation steps:
     
     
1) then water: high school induction heating equipment, customers need to bring their own a 0.37KW (370W) single-phase (220V) pump or pump (prohibiting the use of the machine tool cooling pump, oil pump), water pressure in the 0.1- 0.3MPa. A 1-3 cubic meters or more tanks or pools, cooling water shortage, a larger workload or even following the long working hours, you can install a small cooling tower. Cooling water should be clean tap water, river water, well water (water temperature not lower than room temperature, or inside the device easy to moisture and affect electrical insulation properties), pumps water pipe inlet should be retrofitted with the filter inlet and outlet pipe should be connected to the machine correctly ( hose to pump outlet and the machine is connected to the inlet and outlet of the machine with water pipes will return water to flow back to the pool, water circulation cooling).
     
2) electrical connection: the 18KW-type single-phase 220V power supply, other models are three-phase power supply (380V) plug the cord into a dedicated knife or air switch (red line connected FireWire, zero line black line) .
     
3) Ground wire: To ensure safe use, connect the device is properly grounded.
     
4) install an induction loop: According to the workpiece selection and installation of an induction loop, into the workpiece, to avoid contact of the workpiece and the induction loop, generally should be 5-10mm and above the gap, the workpiece gap diameter of more than 40 of the workpiece gap Select a 15mm-20mm.
     
5) into the workpiece: workpiece will need to be heated into the center of the induction coil, the surrounding gap should be basically the same, the workpiece and the induction loop can not collide.
     
    
Note, induction loop can not short circuit the metal parts can not contact brass with an induction loop. Otherwise it will cause the ignition, the light machine self-protection will not start properly working, severe damage to machines and induction loop.
  
  
Procedure:
     
     
1) water: Check the water pipes, pumps connected correctly, the water quality is good, start the pump. Observe whether the drip phenomenon, the water is normal.
     
2) power: To observe the power switch on the machine panel should be in the OFF (OFF) position, and then turn connected to the distribution box air switch, rear air switch and panel power switch in the machine. The observation panel indicate the presence of exception.
     
3) Set: This machine has four operating modes for you to choose from, automatic, semi-automatic, manual and remote control (foot control).
1) Automatic: the function switch set to automatic and fully automatic, based on operational need to set the heating, insulation and cooling time (Note: any one time can not be set to zero, otherwise it will cause abnormal automatic cycle). This mode of operation, the start time, the machine will set the time automatically and sequentially cycle work.
2) semi-automatic: the function switch on the semi-automatic, according to the work need to set the heating, insulation and cooling time. This mode of operation, each start time, the machine will only set the time automatically and sequentially cycle work process.
3) Manual: the function switch on the manual machine work and stop by the operation panel start and stop switch control. Has nothing to do with the set time.
4) foot control or remote control: remote control socket in the manual mode, the foot switch into the machine. On the panel to start and stop switch to the foot switch. Depress the start, the lift stopped.
   
Suggested that the initial use of the best first choice manually skilled and then use the machine automatically.
     
4) Start: should every time you start heating power adjustment knob as far as possible to the minimum, to be started slowly and then the temperature raised to the power required. Press the Start button to start the machine, panel heating indicator light, while there will be a normal alert tone and work lights blink in unison.
     
5) was observed, and temperature: in the heating process is mainly based on experience with a visual manner to determine when to stop the heating. Inexperienced operator can be used thermostat detector test the temperature of the workpiece.
     
6) Stop: Press the stop button to stop heating when the temperature reaches the requirements. After replacing the workpiece can be started again.
     
7) shutdown: The machine can not even following 24 hours, turn off the power switch when not in use for a long time do not have to be off the air switch after knife or machine. Shutdown should be without water after power outage, in order to facilitate heat inside the machine and induction loop heat. (Note: The hot workpiece induction loop should be taken out and then turn off the water in order to avoid damage to the induction coil and components).
  
    
Note: The the machine try not to no-load work, not to no-load operation for a long time, otherwise, it will affect the performance and stability of the machine!

  
Maintenance:
     
In the air environment is poor places, to prevent dust from entering the inside of the machine must not be spilled into the water. To keep the cooling water clean, regular replacement. High temperature environment ventilation must be maintained.
   

                       
Common problem in the use of induction heating equipment

 
    
, The water protection alarm, possible causes: water pipes connected in reverse, pump power or lack of pressure and flow (can not be used machine tool cooling pump), poor water quality, clogging waterways.
    
Appears overheating protection alarm, possible causes are: too little water cooling, water flow, water quality, water clogging, etc..
    
Third, over-voltage protection alarm, the possible reasons are: more than 10% of the high grid voltage exceeds the rated voltage, power consumption low peak, and so on.
    
Fourth, overcurrent protection alarm, possible causes are: homemade induction loop shape and size is not correct, the workpiece and the induction coil spacing is too small, there is a short circuit between the workpiece and the induction coil or induction coil ignition phenomena, prepared induction ring when in use by clients metal fixture or close to a metal object, etc.
    
Five phase protection alarm, possible causes are: serious imbalance in three-phase power, the lack of a phase three-phase power, air switch, or the supply line open circuit all the way, and so on.
    
The work easy jump (suddenly stop working), work out of the induction loop too fast, there is a short circuit between the workpiece and the induction coil or induction coil ignition phenomenon, the gap between the workpiece and the induction loop is too small, home-made induction loop shape and size is not correct, and so on.
