E9188E-45 type machine, installation steps:
1) Place the main and auxiliary machine: generally host (operational control machine) in the pay machine (power output machine) in the next place.

Procedure:
1) water: start the pump, observe the outlet flow is normal.
2) power: co-knife, and then connected to the air switch on the rear of the machine, and then turn the power switch on the control board.
3) Set: need to select the operating mode (automatic, semi-automatic, manual and foot control), automatic and semi-automatic control need to set a good heating time, holding time and cooling time (each time can not be set to 0, otherwise it will not automatic cycle). Before initial use and no skilled hand or foot control mode should be used.
4) Start: every time you start the heating power should potentiometer to the minimum as far as possible, to be started slowly and then the temperature raised to the power required. Press the Start button to start the machine, panel heating indicator light, while there will be a normal alert tone and work lights blink in unison.
5) was observed, and temperature: in the heating process is mainly based on experience with a visual manner to determine when to stop the heating. Inexperienced operator can be used thermostat detects the temperature of the workpiece.
6) Stop: Press the stop button to stop heating when the temperature reaches the requirements. After replacing the workpiece can be started again.
7) shutdown: The machine can not even following 24 hours, turn off the power switch when not in use for a long time do not have to be off the air switch after knife or machine. Shutdown should be without water after power outage, in order to facilitate heat inside the machine and induction loop heat.
Note: The the machine try not to no-load work, not to no-load operation for a long time, otherwise, it will affect the performance and stability of the machine!
Maintenance:
In the air environment is poor places, to prevent dust from entering the inside of the machine must not be spilled into the water. To keep the cooling water clean, regular replacement. High temperature environment ventilation must be maintained.
